Chapter 76: Greetings - Part 1

"Her Majesty Irene?" Felix was flummoxed and muttered loud enough for Nikotar and Egan to hear him.

"Felix," Nikotar's expression changed immediately and he shushed him, his heart pounding in worry. "Why are you taking her name? Did our Majesty not ask..."

"She is here," Felix replied, still spooked to see her standing before him. Even if she was quite a distance away from him, he still saw her clearly.

Nikotar and Egan followed his line of gaze and they too froze once they saw the familiar face, the face they had come to respect and admire. The only other person they worshipped sincerely after their King.

'How is it possible?' Nikotar could not believe the turn of events and kept staring at the lady. A myriad of emotions attacked him at the same time and he could not process what to feel. He was ecstatic for his King and Queen. However, he was also worried.
