Chapter 17: Stalker
Alexis's POV:
'So what are you doing this weekend?', Rafeal asked drawing me from my thoughts.
'What?', I asked him unsure of what he said.
'Are you okay? You look troubled and afraid'. He looked at me with worried eyes.
'What? Me? Afraid?', I laughed trying to convince him I wasn't afraid. He can't know about this. For the past few weeks I've been receiving texts from an unknown person who knows my true identity.
'Are you sure. You know you can tell me anything'.
'Yes I know. I've just been stressed you know. School and girls stuff'.
𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠𝑙𝑦? 𝐺𝑖𝑟𝑙𝑠 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑓𝑓?
He looked unsure before nodding and drinking his cup of coffee.
'I have to go. I'll see you later. Bye'. I didn't wait for him to say anything before I stood up and started walking to where Terry was waiting for me.
'Alex there's something you need to know'. Terry said sounding worried.
'What is it?'.
'Your father is coming tomorrow to arrange your wedding proposal'.
'What?'. He gave me an unapologetic look before looking at his phone again.

I punched the bag harder expelling all the in built anger and feeling the sweat rolling on my skin.
'Fuck this', i punched the bag harder and watched how it tore emptying all the contents.
'Whats got you so worked up?', a familiar voice said from behind me.
'Nothing just training', i picked up a bottle water and downed it quickly. He chuckled.
'Your reflexes aren't good enough'.
'Yeah but i gotta go'.
'Sure'. I stopped in my tracks and turned back to face him.
'Terry', I called while he hummed in response. 'Thanks'.
'No problem kido!'.
'Hey. I'm an adult now'.
'Sure you are', he laughed.
I got to my room and dressed up. I brushed my hair and used a scarf to cover my face. I used the back door to go out and sneaked passed the guards. I walked for sometime before I got a strange feeling someone was following me. I walked faster and used another path but the person still followed me.
I stopped walking and turned to see who the person was. When the person got closer I gasped.
'Lisa...', I said disbelievingly.
'I know who you are'. She smiled evilly.
