Chapter 227: Henry Takes The Lead

Callum, ever the efficient sleeper, never normally dreamed. After the day they had, he found his sleep to be restless and a few fleeting dreams of his childhood appeared in his mind. Celia looked the same then as she did now despite the difference of over twenty years since the last time he had seen her. 

In his dream, she was about to tell him something when he was hiding in the forest when he heard his name and was violently dragged out of sleep's gentle embrace. 

With no further warning, Callum felt Henry's body cover his and the knight slash something over both of them. 

He felt wetness on his face before he registered what was happening. The purple juices inside of the spider had burst and rained down on both of them when Henry slashed it in half.
