The next day…
"What?" Hera felt her entire body turn cold as if someone just splashed her with a bucket of ice-cold water. At the back of her mind, she was hoping she heard Dragon wrong.
Dragon, who was in the head seat, picked up the napkin as he explained.
"I've discussed it with Leo, and we both agreed it's best for his recovery," His tone laced with nonchalance as he wiped his mouth. "Although he looks fine, Leo's condition is far more complicated than it appears. So, he needs a more sophisticated treatment which unfortunately is unavailable in this country. That is why he needs to go abroad and receive treatment there."
Dragon placed the cloth on the table, fluttering his eyelashes back to her slowly. "He's leaving tomorrow."
"Why…" Hera trailed off as she lowered her eyes, trying to process his announcement so early in the morning. "... so sudden?"
