Chapter 71: Good news and bad news

William was shocked by the amount of research Kay and Journee had done. He knew that a lot of people were involved with the Hall family but lawyers, judges even councilmen were beyond his wildest dreams.

"What do you mean when you say illegally obtained?" asked William.

"She goes out… and researches after her work," stammered Kay and lowered his head instantly.

William couldn't understand what he said. "That's how you moonlight?" William looked at Journee and asked.

"I find people close to the Hall family and sleep with them," replied Journee, stoically. Kay facepalmed immediately. "They let down their guard in the company of a dumb, chirpy girl and spill their guts," continued Journee.

"What?" shouted William. Kay had his head in his palms. He shook his head in disbelief. "You… you… I thought you were having sex for pleasure but… So, this is where you are using sex as a weapon?"

"Yeah, that's what got me my name, one-night-stand-queen," replied Journee.
