Chapter 248: Crime lab

Journee kept talking about her nightmare and Kay was listening when he realized that they needed the recorder. Before she would forget any details, they needed to record everything.

"Wait!" said Kay and grabbed the recorder. "Now!"

Journee repeated everything for the recorder. How she saw Candy and two people and they helped her figure out details about the case. She knew it was her subconscious trying to solve the problem and her doctor would tell her the same. Now in the morning she would go and confirm everything with Sienna. Kay stopped the recorder when she was done.

"Are you okay to go back to sleep?" asked Kay.

"Yeah, I think I will be fine. Go to sleep, Kay."

"If you want, I can sleep in your room."

"Go, rest I will be fine. I promise. No more nightmares, I swear," said Journee. 

"No, I am sleeping here," said Kay after thinking for a while.

"Fine, but no snoring," teased Renata.
