Chapter 90: Bullet shot

Everyone looked at Journee and then Michael. All the people standing around, crouching near Michael was cursing Journee for provoking him. They thought she was there to help but she had no gun and Michael kept shouting at her. Somehow, she persuaded to him narrate his story.

Finally, Michael calmed down. It was clear that he was thinking about his dead girlfriend. Tears fell down Michael's eyes. He narrated everything he knew about Angela's murder. How it was her birthday and there was a fight between him and Angela's family, then between him and Angela. Then one day before the murder, he sneaked in her bedroom through her window, and they patched everything up.

He told her that no matter what happens he will never leave her. He will try hard so that her family would accept him. He would work hard and make more money and try to persuade her family. If not, they will elope and make a beautiful life together. They will a small house and kids and live happily ever after.
