Chapter 21: Chapter 51- Taking Two People inside the Tower

Juanxiu and the rest of the group were in awe as they approached the Forbidden Valley. The once thriving and peaceful territory was now a desolate wasteland, a clear indication that a violent battle had taken place. Despite the destruction, a small portion of their farm remained untouched, providing some semblance of hope for Juanxiu and his people.

As they continued to survey the area, the alchemists in the caravan couldn't help but express their excitement and surprise at the sight of the spiritual plants that were growing in abundance.

"Look at this! Is that the Skyflower Plant?" one of the alchemists cried out in awe.

"There! That's the Copperleaf. I never thought I will encounter it in this life,"

Even the sight of the rare and highly sought after Silverflower and Copperleaf left everyone breathless.

"This place is a goldmine for alchemy," Alchemist Zhou said to the group. "If these rare plants can grow here, it won't take long before we can create a garden that will become the ultimate destination for alchemists not just from the Shaoying Empire but from the entire human realm."

Alchemist Li couldn't help but feel hopeful for their future as they continued to assess the damage and start the process of rebuilding their home.

As they walked through the Forbidden Valley, Siyi and Juanxiu were searching for any sign of clan leader, Hao Jiming, Juanxiu's father. But all they could find was his halberd, which was lying on the ground amidst the destruction. The sight of it filled Juanxiu with worry as he knew that his father would never let go of it, even in death.

The absence of Tengyang's body only added to his anxiety and they couldn't help but wonder what could have happened to it. Siyi was even more furious, she couldn't even give her father a proper farewell. The face of that person who killed her father was deeply etched into her mind.

"Juanxiu, is it safe for us to be here?" Liu Peng asked, his voice filled with apprehension.

Juanxiu took a deep breath and tried to calm Liu Peng's nerves. "If the empire knew about this place and its valuable spiritual plants, then why haven't they plundered it yet? The fact that the plants are still here is a good sign. It means that the news hasn't reached the empire yet. And even if it does, we still have time to prepare and strengthen ourselves before they arrive." He replied with confidence, trying to reassure himself as well.

Juanxiu stood in the midst of the destruction, his eyes roamed the area as he tried to process what had happened. He knew that he had to boost the clan's power at once.

Juanxiu was deep in thought, talking to himself, "In a week, I plan to enter the Tower of Primordial Era once again."

Juanxiu rubbed his chin, deep in thought. "The problem is who to bring with me. Hao Siyi is a loyal member of the clan and would never reveal my secret, but I need someone with power. Madam Zhang Ai is fair and just, but she has lost an arm and I still need to craft an automail for her and Liu Peng."

He sighed, frustration evident in his voice. "Alchemist Zhou is devoted to me, but he is focused solely on alchemy. What we need right now is power. But I can't seem to shake this thought of bringing him with me."

Juanxiu knew that he needed to make a decision, and quickly. The safety of his friends and the future of their clan depended on it.

As the day went by, the sounds of hammering and sawing echoed through the valley as the group worked hard to rebuild their farm. Juanxiu was focused on his alchemy, tirelessly refining batches of the Sky Cleansing Pill in the Heavenly Dragon's Breath Cauldron. The other alchemists watched him in awe, marveling at the creation of this rare Sky grade Pill.

"Wow, this is incredible!" Alchemist Li exclaimed, as he watched Juanxiu in action.

"I've never seen such a pill before in the Shaoying Empire."

Alchemist Zhou, who was equally dedicated to the art of alchemy, quickly took notice of Juanxiu's techniques. He was determined to learn everything he could from him, and before long, he was by Juanxiu's side, helping him prepare the ingredients for the next batch of pills.

"You're a natural, Alchemist Zhou," Juanxiu said with a smile, as he worked alongside the dedicated alchemist.

After countless hours of refining the pills, the group distributed them to everyone, hoping to dispel the poison that had accumulated in their veins from passing through the Forgotten Valley. The rest of the day was spent rebuilding and fortifying their new home, filled with a sense of hope and determination.

Liu Peng couldn't believe what he was witnessing. As the people ingested the Sky Cleansing Pill, the sight before him was nothing short of miraculous. All around him, cultivators and alchemists were breaking through to new stages in their training, one after the other. Their energy levels were soaring, and they were all radiating an aura of confidence and strength. Liu Peng felt a rush of pride in his young master, Juanxiu, who had made all of this possible with his Sky Cleansing Pills.

"This is amazing," Liu Peng murmured to himself. With his young master, it seems like all miracle is possible.

After that event. Juanxiu summoned two important people that will serve as the elder of the Hao Clan.

Juanxiu presented the two head alchemists, Alchemist Li and Alchemist Ding Gen, with thousands of seeds from various spiritual plants such as the Skyflower, Sunseed, Copperleaf, and Silverflower. The sight was breathtaking for the two, who couldn't help but shake in amazement. They didn't dare ask where Juanxiu had obtained these seeds, but they knew how valuable they were.

"This is incredible, Juanxiu," Alchemist Li gasped. "I've never seen so many seeds of these spiritual plants in one place."

"I know," Alchemist Ding Gen chimed in. "The Sky Cleansing Pill alone has already brought these people to breakthroughs in stages. I can only imagine what these seeds will do for us."

Juanxiu also showed the two the water from the Eternal Star Spring, explaining its miraculous effects. The two alchemists were awed at the sight, carefully taking the water from Juanxiu. They knew just how valuable it was and couldn't believe their luck in having access to such resources. After that, they quickly left the temporary clan hall and get their hands dirty through manual work.

Juanxiu watched as the cultivators worked tirelessly, tilling the land in preparation for planting the seeds. They were all smiles, knowing that their hard work would soon pay off. Alchemist Li and Ding Gen were busy marking off the spots where they would plant each type of seed. They carefully measured the distance between each one, ensuring that they would have enough space to grow.

As the day went on, the cultivators began to plant the seeds according to the instructions of the two head alchemists. They carefully placed each seed in the ground, covering it with soil and patting it down gently.

The two head alchemists were in charge of watering the seeds, and they were extremely cautious as they did so. They couldn't trust anyone else to handle the valuable liquid from the Eternal Star Spring, as they knew it was essential to the growth and health of the plants.

Liu Peng watched in awe as the alchemists worked, carefully pouring the water over each seed. They were so focused on their task that they didn't even notice the cultivators watching them. The sight was truly amazing, as the sun shone down on the land and the seeds began to take root and grow.

And then, just as suddenly as the seeds were planted, they began to sprout. In a matter of just three days, the fields were transformed into a vibrant and thriving garden, filled with a rainbow of spiritual plants that swayed in the wind. The people of the clan were stunned and filled with joy at the sight of this miracle.

The alchemists were eager to get their hands on the new ingredients, eager to see what new potions and remedies they could create from these newfound plants. Madam Zhang was tasked with distributing the ingredients, while Alchemist Zhou taught the others how to concoct the Sky Cleansing Pill. Everywhere you looked, there was a sense of purpose and excitement as people worked together to turn their newfound bounty into something even greater.

After a few days, Juanxiu called two of the people who contributed in the last war. Juanxiu sat in front of Mao Wenlin and Du Hong, his eyes filled with a hint of excitement and nervousness. The two of them were astounded as Juanxiu began to speak.

"Alchemist Mao Wenlin, Brother Du Hong, I have called you both here today to share a secret with you," Juanxiu said. "A secret that can help break the shackles of the mortal cultivation realm and propel you both to greater heights."

The two cultivators were filled with excitement and fear. They couldn't believe what they were hearing. Mao Wenlin was the first to speak up.

"Young master, what is this secret you speak of?" he asked, his voice filled with eagerness.

Juanxiu took a deep breath before he continued. "I will be taking the two of you with me inside the Tower of Primordial Era," he said. "I trust you both with this secret, but you must make a vow to keep it safe and never reveal it to anyone. If you do, the consequences will be dire." Juanxiu then went on to explain the vow in detail.

"You both must swear that you will never reveal the secrets of the Tower of the Primordial Era and the knowledge you will gain inside to anyone, not even your closest family members. You must keep this vow for as long as you live, and if you ever break this vow, you will face the wrath of the heavens. Your cultivation will be completely destroyed and you will be cursed for all eternity."

Mao Wenlin and Du Hong looked at each other, their faces serious. They knew the weight of the vow they were about to make and they were prepared to accept it. "We swear on our lives to keep this secret safe and never reveal it to anyone," they declared in unison.

Juanxiu nodded, satisfied with their commitment. "Good, let us go inside the Tower of the Primordial Era then," he said.

Juanxiu then reached into his pocket and pulled out a metallic cube. He weaved his energy around it, and soon, a bright light enveloped the three of them. They felt as if they were being transported to another world, a mystical place that was beyond their imagination.

The light faded, and when they opened their eyes, they found themselves standing in front of a massive tower that seemed to reach the sky. It was a breathtaking sight, and they couldn't believe what they were seeing. The energy here is too pure and dense and the two can immediately feel the energy coursing inside them. They don't even have to cultivate to enjoy the energy, they only have to breathe.

Juanxiu turned to Mao and Du and said, "Welcome to the Tower of Primordial Era. This is where we will begin your journey to a new world. We will be staying here for 30 years, but it will only take three hours outside,"
