Freya was slightly interested in Griffin since both had been peaking each other from time to time.The time soon came as
Alex gave David his mother's address,interesting thing was David was going to see his mother for a closure,he wasn't expecting her to welcome him nor was he looking for her to just forgive her.Because David got a detailed record of what his mother did as a Paladin and it made him sick.David,he was now infront of Marry Drake's home.
David knocked on the door, the door opened and the women questioned"Hello who are you?"
This was David's half-sister and Mary's daughter Sophie Drake she had a very pale complexion with long, straight, dark brown hair, unique chocolate brown eyes and a heart-shaped face with a wide forehead.Her nose is thin and her cheekbones are prominent.
Alex answered, "My name is Alexander and we called you a few days ago."Sophie Drake had a flicker of realisation in her eyes.She called out to Mary who came and saw it was her son,she recognized Griffin, but she didn't know Alex because he had shapeshifted and took a different form.Mary hesitantly allowed all of them to enter. While David and Mary soon spoke"Why don't we discuss this in private?"
David with frown said"You can speak to me infront of them."David felt he knew his friends much better than his so called mother.
Sophie muttered, "So your my brother."Griffin smirked and replied"Yup and he is an idiot."
Sophie rolled her eyes at that,she had met up with Griffin and Alex before this and they had revealed everything Mary tried to hide from her daughter.It took slight demonstration of their abilities to make her believe,but Sophie was beyond disgusted with her mother. Although she acted as nothing for the past two weeks,but her thoughts came to a halt as she heard her mother ask"You know them?"
Sophie nodded and replied"Yes,they ran into me when hey were checking about you,also mom they told me everything the paladins,jumpers and your history."
Sophie was pretty good at reading people she was sure her mother was raging inside,after all her secrets where revealed.
Mary started to do damage control as she started talking bullshit.Only one thing went through everyone's mind Mary drake was insane.She talked bullshit about how she was trying to protect him and how she was going to give him a head start because he was his mother.
Sophie had very distant relationship with her mother as Mary was always traveling around the world on so called business meeting which turned out to be her work as Paladin.She was even ready to move out of the house soon,now hearing this her decision strengthened.
Alex spoke"Wait a minute let me get this straight you are going to send Paladins after your son because you love him."Griffin and Alex looked at each other before laughing out loud as Alex said"I am thankful to god that I am not your son then."
Mary was about yell at Alex,but she heard both her son and daughter whisper"Yeah me too."
Mary hearing this felt someone had stabbed her,she really wanted to make thing they were before she could rectify her mistake David spoke"I came here for a closure and not to patch things up with you."
While David couldn't stand being next to his mother anymore jumped back to his apartment,while Griffin and Alex looked at each giving a nod they also teleported away.
That night Mary had a huge fight with her daughter about all the things she did when she was a Paladin.Mary had enough she was about to call the Paladin council and tell them about her son and give information about the other two Jumpers,but she could find her phone as she suddenly heard"Looking for this."
Mary turned around and saw that it was that boy Alex who had her phone in his hand,she couldn't yell for help or even move as her body was frozen with telepathy.
Alex with grin said"I would have let you live if you had shown your loyal to your son,but here to you are selling him out.It seems you don't care whether your son lives or dies."
Alex used telepathy to program her to die in 4 weeks,while leaving behind a suicide letter and in next two weeks Sophie will leave and find Alex to stay and help them,while Mary will kill herself.
