I woke up and I was..
"Why am I here?"
"I was just fighting and.."
My voice trailed off as I saw the same men dressed in lab coats enter my plain white isolated room.
"There's no way.."
"Hope you enjoyed your sleep as you'll be getting none from now. Bring in the test tubes." I heard a man say.
"A dream? No I was fighting in a dungeon and.."
"What is this lab rat spewing. Gag it. I don't want to listen to it speaking." The same man said as another two came over and gaged me.
Three more men entered the room with all sorts of torturous stuff.
'Oh no no no.' I thought as I shook my head.
They brought a knife down to my chest and began cutting.
"Mmmfph-" I groaned as I felt the knife pierce through my skin like butter and cut down my stomach.
'Stop. Not again.'
The man who ordered to gag me chuckled to himself as he saw me in overwhelming pain.
I could feel the pain. I felt something. It was just like the first time I was here. That immense pain that I thought I would die from but couldn't escape. That despair I felt knowing I couldn't get out. The memories came back to me in a rush. All the trauma, the pain, the anger, the sadness, all of it.
Tears welled up in my eyes as hours turned into day then to weeks and months to even years.
It went on and on and on.
'Stop it now..'
'I can't anymore.'
'Why am I here.' I repeated the questions I had before I was transported to another world.
'Haha stupid me that was all a dream. A fantasy I wanted. It's not real. Or is this not real.'
'Just stop. I've had enough.'
The men were still at it. Cutting up my skin and injecting me with all sorts of god knows what and watching me squirm.
Unlike before I could still feel the pain. The pain never went away it just improved my pain tolerance and made it so I could feel the pain but no longer reacted. My emotions grew colder as I locked the existing ones away. The boredom I had before. Gone. The anger I could feel from time to time. Gone. All of it was sealed off as I promised to never open it again. If I did it would threaten to explode.
All I was left with was my indifference.
'Just let me go.'

(Scarlet POV)
I watched the giant bear expand its domain towards Kiera who was on the ground after being launched across the room. Despite that pain she just went through being tossed, none of it showed on her face.
I could barely move myself after taking on the attack from the bear head on so all I could do was watch.
I knew once the bear released its domain it wouldn't be able to move depending on what it did.
If it effected the mind then he just wouldn't move until it was done but if it was a domain that buffed itself it would be able to move after 12 seconds.
The bears domain reached Kiera and they both froze. The bears face looked pleased and looked mockingly at Kiera and Kiera just froze.
'What's going on?' I thought as I tried to get up.
After a few attempts and struggles I managed to get to my feet as I held the wall for balance.
'Damn that hit hurt me a lot.' I thought as I looked over at Kiera again.
Before the bear expanded its domain I heard it say something about showing her worst fear or something but that emotionless girl doesn't have one. She doesn't care to.
"Kiera are yo—" my voice stopped. It cracked.
Looking at Kiera who was frozen just like the bear and still had a face of indifference had completely changed. No more was the cold and emotionless Kiera but a Kiera which showed nothing but pain.
"Hey Kiera!!" I shouted.
'Nothing.'
She was on the floor muttering to herself while squirming. Due to my impeccable hearing I could make out the words she was saying.
"I'm sorry.."
"Stop it, please.."
"Why am I here.."
"It hurts.."
"Stop.."
"Stop.."
She kept muttering over and over with tears streaming down her eyes.
"What in the— What made Kiera like this? What kind of things had that girl been through? What kind of fear made that indifferent girl like this?"
She kept shaking and crying muttering the same words over and over non stop. Until I heard the words muttered,
'Help me..'
A bright light shine from the ceiling of the cave and the whole place rumbled. The cave ground shook and rubble fell from the ceiling.
"Darling- I'll help you. You must reach the levels you have before so we can meet again. In our special little spot, my darling~ bear no more pain. I love you." I heard these soft words come from the mouth of a being so beautiful nothing could compare.
The only word that would match would be,
"Goddess." I muttered.
"Correct. When my darling wakes up don't mention me. Don't speak a word about me to anyone. Keep her safe."
"W- wait—" before I could finish she was gone. She had left just as fast as she had came.
"How does Kiera know her? That is the craziest thing eve—"
"*cough* *cough*" I looked over and saw Kiera coughing up blood and a dagger that looked just like her sword from before in her leg.
She stood up like nothing happened and walked over to the bear and took the dagger from her leg and held it up to the bears chest and said.
"Spear."
The dagger transformed and a spear pierced through the bears flesh.
"Sword."
It transformed again and Kiera slashed down before twisting the sword and cutting upwards splitting the bear into two. The bear was frozen and weak due to using its domain and Kiera just killed it.
I looked at her face and noticed that she was colder. Not a trace of emotion could be seen. She looked like a doll. A robot. Something that should never be seen on a girl her age.
