In the quiet night, Eclipse and Adonis patiently waited on the rooftop. Time passed slowly as they watched people leave the tavern, but the ones they were tracking didn't come out. The moon moved across the sky, and the street below was lit by the dim glow of a few street lamps.

At last, the group of adventurers they were interested in left the tavern. The leader had a long sword on his back and walked with his hands casually behind his head. A woman in an alewife hat followed, holding a staff, while another member carried a bow. They chatted as they walked down the empty street.

"Master, we've been waiting for a long time. Should we just kill them for wasting our time?" Adonis whispered.

"Patience, Adonis, Let's follow them, and if they lead us to more answers, we won't need to resort to violence, " Eclipse whispered back.
