"The Alliance encourages having kids. Not only do married couples get privileges, families with kids get even more. There's an annual child allowance until they turn eighteen," Delamak explained, a touch of longing in his voice.

"When will the Alliance introduce me a wife?" Vernon blurted out his inner question.

"Once you rank up to a the level Five Sergeant, the Alliance will set blind dates for you," Delamak retorted with an eye roll. "How could you not know such an important thing?"

"Why do you know such an important thing?" Vernon shot back.

Delamak simply shrugged and walked back to his room.
