Chapter 171: New Set of Steps

After school, Davi and Kaide went straight to Sky Town to visit Haru. Upon arrival, Davi was surprised because Hinari was already there waiting for her.

"Hinari? Did something happen again?" Davi asked worriedly as she hugged her.

"Nope, I`m fine. That damn old man just wanted me to be back at home. But I think, he'll just send me somewhere else again. Well, I'm used to it, maybe this time, he'll send me somewhere as an exile. Haha." She nonchalantly said as she laughs mischievously, but Davi just remained there, silent and worried.

However, as playful as she is, Hinari hugged her and patted her back.

"You don't have to worry about me. I have my secret backer. My grandfather is supporting me secretly, or else, why should I still be alive and kicking right now?"

"That's good to hear but… I'm still worried because you're a weakling."

"Oi… what do you mean by that?"
