Ragna hit's Adrian hard, kicking him into the skies. The battle now changes from the ground into the clouds for Ragna fights Adrian in his [ Divine Gift: Neptune Storm Form ]

" Try to avoid this, whelp! " Adrian says as he shoots it mid-air.
" Blasts, huh? "
" How classic, are we on planet Nameck right now? " Ragna says as his inner weeb comes out as he sees it.
After seeing it, Ragna immediately kicks the very blast, destroying his leg which quickly regenerates. With the regenerated legs, Ragna quickly leaps to Adrian's location as he continues to do close combat.
"( This kid, he's locked to me ever since... )" Adrian says in his mind.
"( Is it just me or this kid trying to avoid long-range combat with me, or- )" Adrian was immediately punched hard using Ragna's Aether and Ki.

Adrian was knocked out, but immediately regains his position thanks to his wings, he retains flying amongst the clouds in his current form.
" That does it! I knew it was true! " Adrian says as he activates [ Divine Neptune Storm Barrier ], preventing Ragna to get close to him.
" I got you now, don't ever think to get close to me! " Adrian says as he uses [ Divine Neptune Storm Rain ] for he rains many blasts over Ragna. Damaging him.
" This is my domain, brat! "
" My original powers may come from the oceans but in this form, I know became the ruler in these skies. "
" This is my new domain, the domain that my progenitor would never go to! " Adrian says while attacking Ragna.
"( Progenitor, huh? )"
"( You mean your dad? )" Ragna says for he already knows after absorbing too much information about things before he rests the Twelve Eye in Hiatus, not knowing when will it return to its optimum again.
As he deflects and parries the blasts, Ragna sees Adrian close, he smirks inside his mask for he gets a vision of a certain someone that looks like Adrian.

"( Yeah, both of you looked the same alright, there's no denying it. )" Ragna says as he realized it, seeing the vision of another golden-haired man that looks like Adrian from the Divine Race.
"( You're attitude, you're ambition... )"
"( Why I wasn't given this knowledge sooner? if not... )" Ragna says cursing himself to get things on the late again.
"( Dammit...! )" Ragna says as he sees Adrian using more Gifts again onto him, Ragna quickly dodges it mid-air.

Using <Black Step> Ragna walks in the air, using the energy he had within him. After managing to stay balanced he uses <Black Sprint> to move fast within the very sky, circling Adrian's barrier as he shoots him with his Blasts.
" Stop running and accept your doom, brat! "
" Your efforts are futile! " Adrian keeps blasting his Gifts at Ragna as he runs around circling his barrier, he circles it as he creates a tornado around his barrier, creating a large amount of wind.
" A tornado!? " Yukino sees it from below, inside her own barrier.
" Made just by, running? " she says as she witnesses it.
" It's impossible! " Tristan says as he wakes up beside her.
" No man or monster could perform such a thing, it's abnormal... " Tristan says, seeing the very thing that Ragna did as his tornado begins disrupts the very skies.
"( I need more speed! faster! faster! faster! )" Ragna says while remembering some things from his training with Galen.
" Remember Ragna, the very first essence in every Martial Arts Technique is not Strength, but Speed. "
" With speed, you could defeat many enemies as your attacks barrages like a bullet, instead coming like a claymore swing. "
" Claymore swing attacks (Heavy Attacks) are powerful and damaging, but it's too risky in practical battle. "
" So that's why I don't recommend on you practice some of my techniques if you're not that fast enough for strength comes after speed, remember that! "

" I see... " Ragna says as he runs, creating a large tornado that even Adrian is having effects inside his own Barrier.
" What the hell, what!? " Adrian says as he can't maintain his flight in the skies.
" You bastard, how did you!? " Adrian realized as Ragna's tornado also affected him inside his barrier, making his position disoriented as the air changed course thanks to Ragna's speed.
"( Don't attack so powerful like Superman, attack fast like the flash! )" Ragna says in his mind as he finally understands using his analogy, a nerdy one, to describe the essence of 'speed' in Martial Arts.
"( No wonder, the flash had so much time dealing with a lot of enemies across the Multiverse, he did his job quickly as hell on fighting one villain after another! )" Ragna says for he then stops running after absorbing all air into his Tornado, in the meantime, Adrian's barrier breaks while Adrian is being flown upwards to due he couldn't maintain his very position.
" This the true power of Martial Arts, the power of Ki! "
" The power you will never get since you lost your humanity! " Ragna says as he activates his skill using all the air absorbed into his tornado.

Ragna uses the absorbed air to create a large <Air Fissure Make Bullet> attack, not just in quality but also in quantity as he creates many of them.

" It's time for you to be rejected by the skies! "
" I will return you to the ground to exact judgment for your sins! "
For with it, Ragna immediately unleashed it onto Adrian, unleashing the large air bullets as it pushes Adrian back into the very earth.
" KUOK!!! " Adrian shouts in agony, even his transformed form can't comprehend the pain as if he was hit with tons of force.
" This is for Inquisitor Kara... " Ragna says as he remembers Inquisitor Kara's death.
" This is for Lord Aphrodite... " Ragna recounts the days with her, both seen by the others and their private meetings.
" This is for Raiden, the friend you always keep in the dark... " Ragna says as he remembers his times with Raiden, talking while having recess for his training. From there, Ragna briefly learned about Raiden's relationship with Adrian, a hollow relationship that was so illusionary for him since Adrian himself only needs him when he needs something.
" Adrian is an asshole, I realized this, I have no regrets about joining you... " Raiden says at that time, while smoking the cigarettes he stored in his deep pockets.
" Besides, even when I knew you were like him, at least I knew you wouldn't betray those closest to you, didn't you Ragna? " Raiden asks at that very moment.
As Ragna remembers it, he then remembers Galen's death, for recounting what Raiden says back then made Ragna feel guilty so much as he remembers his 'master's death, protecting him as well as repaying him for what he gives to him while inside the Tower.
" This is also for Galen,... " Ragna says as he still launches the remaining bullets at Adrian, making him fall down so hard into the ground.
" GRAKKHH!!! "
" And all of his families you murdered! you bastard! " Ragna says he hits Adrian who's already on the ground with his last Air Bullets.
After he did all of this, the black mask that covers his body begins to crack, the crack spreads as it spreads to the back of his covered-armored head. As the crack spreads, it then breaks as it destroys the back part of his covered head, showing Ragna's current white-silver pale long hair.
" Ah yes, it's time... "
" I must say I really awaited for this moment to come, to at least see the results of the painful ritual I must take. " Ragna says as he also sees his covered-armor hands begin to also break, showing his white-silver pale skin.

" I see, Libra... " Battle Maiden says while still being rehabilitated by the System.
" So this is your decision... " Battle Maiden smirks as she sees this from inside the System Space, seeing Ragna's fights for she sees how strong he is now.
" Oh, young Ragna... "
" Just what are you? "
