Behind the two of them were four teenagers who seemed as old as them. They walked past Leo and Mira to go upstairs without bothering to talk to the person at the reception desk. This puzzled them.
"We can just walk up?" He asked, amused at the notion of anyone being able to dine at such a fancy store.
"You will be requested to present evidence of you being able to foot the bill, of course. We made the mistake of opening without that policy and learned our mistake when a customer tried to dine and dash." The man at the desk said in a cordial tone.
"How much did you charge him for him to run like that?" Mira asked.
"I don't know since I've only been here for a few months, but the people dining upstairs can expect to spend 60-70000 Starcoins per person," he replied.
Mira sucked in a cold breath of air when she heard that. That was a lot of money to be spending on just food. Leo, on the other hand, didn't bat an eye.
