"Alright, so this blueprint is final, right?" A man in his late fifties asked as he stared at the figures of old man Mida and Muscle Lantern.

"Yep," Old man Mida nodded as he stared at Muscle Lantern for confirmation. The confirmation wasn't for the blueprint but for whether or not the Contained Villain was satisfied with this setup.

At the end of the day, the two decided to see how the Contained Villain acted in the Academy. Whether or not he truly helped the students would become apparent once the Academy opened.

Old man Mida had already sent information to the Hero Association Headquarters, informing them about Compass Carburettor. But strangely, there was no response from there about this, making him wonder if Compass Carburettor was the Contained Villain or not.
