Elaine rushed towards the Reservoir Dweller. Lightning crackling in both of her hands. Containing strong destructive power.

She too, sent lightning into her legs, increasing her speed several times.

'I won't waste this opportunity!'

She could see how Barry was fighting on the front line alone while she was behind him. Attack from a safe distance without actually endangering himself.
