"So, here is the flat. There is a balcony, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a space for dining table in the hall. All in just 25 lakhs."
Hmm, 25 lakhs near the film city? Nice. I have around 4 crores in bank and 15 in stocks.
"So water-"
"24/7. Except there maybe shortage in the summers. Other than that, there is no problem of water and electricity."
Hmm, that's understandable.
"And a maid-"
"Oh? We have Rukmini! She does a first class job!"
Okay...
"So, did you like the house?"
"Hmm, it's good. I like it. Alright, here's the copy of driving license, and my card. I think I should reintroduce myself. I am Sunidhi Sahu, 23, IIT Bombay graduate, and I am currently working as a freelancer and an investor. Can you give me the necessary documents so that I can show it to my lawyer?"
"Sure. You will be required to pay one lakh as down payment, and the rest can be covered by loan-"
"Ah! I will be paying the whole amount at one time."

"I said, I don't need a loan. I have enough to buy it right now."

"Oh shit! I was learning to make cake! I am coming right now!"

"Bhide ji, I will be coming next week. I have to go now, so bye!"
