I can talk to plants in another world. (My Voynich System)

A portal inside a dream within a dream. As I exit the portal, I was greeted by a forest of weird trees and plants. And weirdly, I can talk to the plants! And I think they are scheming something, because someone as weak as me is directed to a wand, something that converts mana to colored mana so I can use magic and spells!
