Chapter 66: Respect Your Elders, Alad!

The thing in his hands looked like a conch shell attached to a wooden bowl. There was a white liquid inside the bowl, which gave Liam a weird feeling.

"What is that?"

Gotah placed it on the slab in front of him before using a stick to dip into the milky white liquid. He then let a drop fall into the mixture he had created. Once done, he turned to look at Liam.

"Alad, since I'm talentless, I have to use something like this. This was actually made by my master, and now I'm the one who inherited it. It's normally used to condense spiritual energy into a liquid, but this one is a little special. 

It can do this automatically, and even though it's a bit slow, it does help me out. Usually, the shamans would have to actively sit down with this and pull in spiritual energy using the conch shell as a medium. Here, why don't you try it?"
