Chapter 178: Meeting of Global Leaders

Rear Admiral Fuliand gave Arlan a standard salute. "Greetings, Mr. Roa." 

Arlan smiled at him and said while pointing at the chair in front of his desk. "Please take your seat, Rear Admiral Fuliand." 

The admiral nodded his head and took his seat. He wondered why Arlan summoned him. 

"Read Admiral Fuliand, I know that you have a lot of things to do at this moment so I won't beat around the bush with you. You once told me that you came from a world called Nolvora. Can you tell me more about this?" Arlan's face turned serious all of a sudden.

Hearing this, Rear Admiral Fuliand furrowed his eyebrows. He took a deep breath and let out a deep sigh. A distraught expression surfaced on his face as he said. "Nolvora is more technologically advanced than this planet and we are already close to becoming a Class E Civilization." 

"Class E Civilization? Can you elaborate on that?" Arlan revealed a look of confusion.
