Arlan received a call from Winter.

"The cleanup team is now safe. I will tell you the details upon my return." Winter's cold voice sounded over the communicator.

Hearing this, Arlan was relieved. "Good. You guys should return."

"Alright." Winter ended the call after informing him about this.

Arlan felt like a heavy mountain was lifted off his chest. The safety of the cleanup team has been on his mind recently. Now that they have been rescued, Arlan felt more at ease.

The battle against the zombies was becoming increasingly intense. As the leader of the base, the pressure almost overwhelmed him. Luckily, he has the support of many talented individuals. Without them, he couldn't begin to imagine what would have happened to the base.
