In an empty street, he took whatever he wanted, and chose whatever he needed.
This was what West had dreamed more than once.
And now it all came true!
Leaving the park, he went to the supermarket straightway.
The supermarket on the third floor, once the favorite place for humans to go, but now was packed with zombies,
The place became the most gathering place for the zombies that turns out they were not brainless after all.
They knew that if they waited in here, delicious humans would come to the door for them to eat automatically.
It was the first time for West to closely observe such a large group of zombies.
In the past, he would rather search for food in residential buildings than lose his life in this well-stocked supermarket.
But now, he was pushing a shopping cart and leisurely picking up his wares.
It had been a long time since the apocalypse that he didn’t go shopping so freely.
He once dreamed that one day the zombies would all die, and people could step outside and breathe the fresh air.
To his surprise, his dream came true in this incredible way.
He packed almost all the food that was still edible.
Of course, he couldn't take away so many things himself, but his zombies provided great help by carrying his shopping bags and pushing his shopping carts.
Anybody who sees this scene would definitely drop his jaw with fright.
West, like a gang leader, was surrounded by a group of zombies with bulging shopping bags in their hands.
Outside the supermarket was a high street.
Before the apocalypse, this was the most prosperous street in the town. Almost any big brands you could imagine were crowded in here.
At that time, as a poor guy who just graduated from college, West did very low-paying brain work for money.
For him, the goods in CK were luxuries. Unless he got a big bonus from his company, West never set his foot in there.
But now it was different.
He swaggered into the shop and commanded the zombie shop assistant to show him around.
Finally, he put on a leather jacket, with black sunglasses above his nose. He was as handsome as those decisive protagonists on the TV.
At last, he waved his hand, and all the models that suit him in the store were packed by the zombies. Then, they rushed to the perfume and jewelry area like locusts crossing the border.
It was getting dark. West had finished today's crazy shopping.
What he needed now was a comfortable house and a good rest.
Shopping was tiring, especially after you tried everything you liked.
He found a map of this town at the front desk of this supermarket.
The most attractive place to him was the police station nearby. On account of this being a tourist town located at the borders of many countries, there must be something he wanted in the police station.
Zombies could not pose a threat to him anymore. It was mankind that haunted him.
If he could find a gun, he would be much relieved.
The speed of his zombies really bothered him. The big clock tower of the police station finally came into his view after two hours.
Fortunately, as the night fell, the zombies moved faster than before.
Suddenly, he felt the existence of human beings.
Ever since he had a bit that golden zombie, he could see everything clearly in the darkness now.
He could even hear two men cursing in a low voice.
It seemed that they were also planning to steal some weapons in the police station. Now, they looked like to achieve their success after many tries.
They followed a zombie wandering around the police station and robbed its shotgun.
As for the curses, they were directed at their teammates who were supposed to pick them up before nightfall. But it was late at night now they still didn’t see anyone.
West had planned to quietly go into the station, without making any contact with them.
But those two shouldn't have set eyes on the packages of West’s zombies.
Well, to be fair, those packages were so full that some zombies were weighed down with them.
Those big packages instantly caught the two men’s attention, and they shot a crossbow that exploded the zombie’s head.
West was infuriated by the broken bag. Originally, it was none of his business if they snatched other people's guns and ammunition.
But they killed his underling and even wanted his food. Doing this is just looking for death.
The two men quivered with fear, seeing the zombies in front of them unload the heavy bags and rush towards them.
Under the moonlight, the moving speed of these zombies had multiplied.
If in the daytime they were like old men pacing, then at night they were like beasts releasing from cages!
The two could never figure out why did the zombies find them and pounce on them when they barely made a noise.
They struggled desperately. After a few gunshots, the silence was restored.
After collecting all their belongings. West led the zombies into the police station.
