Chapter 543: More Than It Seem

 Aridus could only look in shock at Maroon.

 "18 high-level threats? Are you sure?" it's not like he did not want to believe the former Third Prince. It's just 18 high-level threats are just too many, especially for a single section, even if it's close to the Core of the Danger Zone. 

 Maroon nodded, understanding the reason behind the question. He can scarcely believe the number and have double check, in hopes he accidentally count one threat as two or more.

 However, reality is crueler as the number remain the same.

 "This is bad. The number of A-rank Bugs could surpass our A-rankers if that is the case." Aridus thought with great worry. The only positive side is the fact the enemies are not one united force, allowing them to pick on them, one by one.

 However, he was worried more of the implication.
