Chapter 8: 3 years Pass by (1)
Dreamer was fairly excited for today, this was because today was Peters field trip to Oscorp, this was the day that Peter got bit by the Spider and got his Spider-powers.
It was kinda unbelievable to think that he had been in this world for 5 years now, at the time Peter was only an 11 kid without any friends or social life. Now he was 16 fairly into his late teenage years and had matured a lot.
3 years back when he saw that Mary Jane was bullied Peter had gone after her and consoled her and gave her his support by letting her come to train with him every day.
That show of kindness had pushed into the path of dating. Mary Jane had a stubborn streak to her so with the push of Peter she went headlong into fitness. But it certainly did help that Peter and Dreamer gave her a course of fitness, including diet, exercises for different muscle groups, even a beginner level course on self-defence.
By the time school year was over, MJ was perfectly fit, of course, she didn't achieve it completely naturally in such a short amount of time Dreamer had given her body a regular tune-up(Cleaning up toxins, Cancerous cells, Increasing Metabolism etc) during the training sessions.
The confidence gained by both Peter and MJ by spending long times with each made them confess to each other.
*Flashback*
"Hey MJ, What are your plans for the future?"
"Hmm, I don't know I always wanted to be Star but now that I know how the popularity feels like I don't feel it is worth it. What about you tiger? Some kind of scientist?"
<Yeah kid Tell me your dreams for the future?>
<I don't know, become a scientist?>
<What are you satisfied with just being a Scientist!, Kid with your Genius you will be spitting out inventions like candy from a broken pinata, All that profit from those inventions are you sure you can trust somebody else to handle it>
<Wow, when you put it that way that sounds a bit stupid. Then do you mean I should open a company? But then I need to learn all about Business Management and even managing the company would waste a lot of time and my research would slow down.>
<You can always get a Professional Manager for the management of the company and just keep an eye on the company while you do your research>
<Hmm, Yes I think I will do it.>
"Peter, Peter, I asked you what you wanted to do in the future?"
"I think I would open a company and sell my inventions," said Peter
"Then Peter, Why don't I study Business management and help you in managing the company?" she said as she looked into peter's eyes
Dreamer didn't know what happened but MJ's line that she wanted to study to help Peter and her staring into Peter's eyes stirred something in Peter's heart and he slowly leaned in to kiss her. MJ momentarily widened her eyes before she too went into the kiss.
After a long time, they separated heavily breathing
"It's kinda late for me asking but, Hey MJ wanna go out with me?"
"Sure Tiger," she said with a blushing but happily glowing smile.
*Flashback end*
Thus Peter started a relationship, of course, he went and told his aunt and uncle about it who immediately sat him down and gave him the birds and bees talk. Dreamer laughed his ass off, while Peter embarrassedly listened to his aunt and uncle.
Another thing that happened in these 3 years was that Peter managed to complete his mind arts training. It was also during this time that Peter found the mental link between Dreamer and him. When Peter said he found the link between them Dreamer got scared that Peter could come into his mindscape through it, but thank god for small mercy's that wasn't possible.
From the time that Peter completed his mind arts training his intelligence was almost through the roof, Dreamer even thought that if the klyntar biology and mindscape weren't suppressing his emotions he would die of the bliss of training such a genius.
As Peter's learning rate increased exponentially he started studying everything that interested him. Mechanics, electronics, Bioengineering, Chemistry, Computer engineering etc. He eventually was losing space in his room so dreamer suggested he should ask his aunt and Uncle for permission to convert the attic as a lab.
"Hey Aunt May, Uncle Ben, You know like always keep doing experiments and building stuff. I was kinda wondering if you would allow me to modify the attic to make a lab for me."
"Sure Honey," they said and Peter converted the attic into a Lab. You would be wondering how the heck did he get the money to make a lab. Well, it happened that Peters total savings amounted to 6300$ at the start of 2011. The conversation went like this.
<Kid, How much money do you have on you?>
<I don't know around 6300?>
<Kid Let me borrow the money, I have some work with it>
<What do you want to do with it?>
<It is a secret, but do not worry I will not waste it>
<You keep a 100, with you so your aunt and uncle don't get suspicious>
Thus Dreamer used 6200$ to buy 19,000 bitcoins. When bitcoin rose to 31$ in June 2011 he cashed a 1000 bitcoin, making him get 31,000$. When Dreamer gave the 31,000$ Peter was dumbfounded and Slack Jawed. When he told everything he did to Peter wanted to sell the remaining Bitcoin to get the remaining money but Dreamer stopped him by telling him it will raise more in the future.
It was during this time that Dreamer and Peter had a talk that made Peter start working on an A.I. It was something Dreamer always wanted to make but never got around to because the technology wasn't mature enough in his old world. But here in the Marvel world, he knew at least 2 A.I's already running around, Jarvis and Zola.
*Flashback*
<Man, this is so much work. > complained Peter
<I thought you liked science>
<I still like science, it isn't the science but gathering the material that is too much work. There is so much garbage on the internet that searching for stuff is always a chore.>
<So why don't you make your own search engine, or better yet make your own Artificial Intelligence helper>
<Woah, That is a great idea why didn't I think of that?, but then I have to get a computer specifically for keeping it off-grid, then I have to develop a new operating system so that the A.I runs smoothly and efficiently and then ....(A.I stuff)>
<But you also can....> replied Dreamer descending to have a research discussion with Peter.
*Flashback ends*
Thus Peter and Dreamer started to build the A.I together. On the base of his friendship, with Peter's help, Harry and Flash were coming along nicely with their studies. But it was obvious to Peter that both Harry and Flash weren't science material.
But Peter found out their strengths, For Harry, it was his Management and Financial Knowledge, but Flash's was entirely in the Physical department, it wasn't like he was dumb but he wasn't the brightest of bulb's, but the guy had an uncanny intuition for Human nature.
For Dreamer it was obvious that Harry had power in business Management and Financial Knowledge because Harry Osborn had built Alchemax into the Giant it was in the future, but Flash was a surprise until he remembered that Flash had been for a brief time Agent Venom in some of the multiverses. He had had the Agent vibe in him if he was a little more mature. Maybe he would go into SHIELD in the future.
But now all of the petty stuff is out of the way Dreamer thought about the most eventful day for Peter and Him. The day Aliens invaded New York, Peter's parker luck tricked out and Peter and Dreamer wound up going to the Stark tower to see it.
