Ji-woo still had about seven billion in cash. But, he didn't know if it was enough to buy a factory outright. Not long after leaving his apartment house, he called Ma-no and asked if he knew of an idle factory that he could buy.

He then explained to the owner of the armament shop that the factory he was looking for did not need to be new or large. He just needed the plant away from the hustle and bustle, medium in size, and could withstand high fire temperatures. What was more, he also honestly said that he only had a budget of around seven billion.

Ma-no, who heard the request over the phone, certainly frowned. What Ji-woo wanted was quite difficult to provide. The constraint was in the budget and being able to withstand high flame temperatures.
