Chapter 119: New Book Announcement/Possible Rewrite Fics.
Hello ya'll, long time no see. Your friendly neighborhood author here.
I just wanted to let you know that I have a new account and that I have been posting under that name for some time now.
(Phantom_Voyage) with the story "Persona: The Phantom Masquerade."
Not so sneaky, eh? BonVoyage was my original name, so it felt wrong to leave it entirely behind.
The reason for this announcement? I am back to really enjoying writing. For many of you, you can probably see that I kinda got lost in the sauce near the end, and looking back, I kinda began to fumble the bag with this story after chapter 70. The whole final arc was a mess, in my opinion.
Honestly, the reason for my struggle was work. I wasn't getting enough sleep, and it was taking a toll on my mental health. So the enjoyment was kinda beginning to sap and then I stopped putting as much effort. Now I am much happier and healthier.
I decided to log back into this account, and I couldn't help but think back to my story and the fact that it still had hundreds of readers a day even now. So I was wondering, would you all like to see this story be improved upon? This was my very first story and I honestly think I am a way better writer now.
It would still contain the heart of this original version inside of it, but it would be improved on for a better reading expirience and I will definetly change stuff in order to have a better, less rushed story.
I doubt many people will see this, but I will stay in tocuh in this account. If I do decide to go forward with this rewrite I will probably start at around the first of June. So next month.
Anyways, questions? Drop em, and I'll answer.
Also, this was written on May 8th, 2024. It's just that since I marked it as complete it didn't let me add another chapter.
