Chapter 212: Renowned book

After mixing up the drinks, he handed it to them, except Nelly, Jin-joo, Anastasia who were heavily pregnant.
"Hey, what about us?" Anastasia snapped at her husband.
"Yeah, what about us?" The two ladies added.
Without saying anything, Calvin handed three glasses of juice to them on a tray.
"Just this?" Looking at Sebastian, Jin-joo frowned innocently, "Baby, this is not fair."
He smiled and shut her up with a kiss.
"Nice play, man." Ryan quietly sipped his wine while staring at the two couples who were busy sucking themselves up in deep kisses.
"Okay, too much now. You too should get a room and let the rest of us celebrate Donald and Tasha's new baby alone."
"Yeah, Calvin you're right." Sebastian wrapped his hand around jin-joo's shoulders and pulled her closer, "Actually, my heartthrob got another trophy today."
"Wow!"
"Amazing Jin, you didn't tell us about this."
"How come we never got an invitation?"
She helplessly shook her head with a smile and place her glass on the table. She lift herself on her toes and flicked his head.
"Are you guys listening to this grumpy man's rubbish? Is not like it was a party anyway. It was just a society conference. My society. And I never expected it to turn out to lavish..."
"Hmm, so Seb, that was one reason why you dash out of the hospital earlier, if I am correct?" Ryan grinned.
"Exactly." He nodded.
"Wait, he didn't get to see Donald and Tasha's baby?" Jin-joo stun.
Taking a sip from his wine, Ryan nodded, "Of course he did."
Rolling his eyes, "Sometimes you drive me crazy by asking sarcastic questions." Sebastian tickled her after dropping his glass of wine.
"Stop it, am pregnant, you don't tickle a pregnant woman." She laughed while trying to slap his hands off.
He stopped and ask with brows lifted, "Said by who?"
"Well–" She place a finger in her mouth and try to guess, "I read it from renowned book."
"And was that book written by you?" He grinned. Ready to tickle her again.
"The...Seb," Watching his hands to grab them before it reaches her, she shook her head, "Don't allow those hands to come close to me."
"Or else...?"
"I–"
"Ahhhh!" Nelly hold on tight to the table and started going down on her knees as she felt a very sharp pain like a force on her abdomen and waist area.
"Nelly!" Calvin grabbed her up quickly before she'll hit herself on the ground. The others started to panic and quickly surrounded them.
"Nel, are you hurt?" Sebastian also supported Calvin to help her up. "Do you––what the fuck?" He gasped at the water breaking out from underneath her.
Tapping Calvin's shoulder, Ryan instructed quickly, "Get the car, get the car quick, she's in labor."
Anastasia and Jin-joo were both stunned at the sight of a woman in labor for the first time in their lives. They knew from then that same pain is awaiting them sooner or later.

Next morning
Hospital
Cupping the handsome chubby baby boy in her arms, Petra grinned, "God-damn, he looks just like Calvin."
Nodding her head in agreement, both Calvin's parents Elsa and Jasper smiled.
"Same nose, eyes, ears, lips..." Petra caress his face as she complimented his facial features.
"Aww, look how cute he is." Sebastian chuckled as the baby coiled himself up and yawned in Petra's arms.
"Okay, a partner in crime who will literally be pairing meals with me just arrived." Calvin sigh while fidgeting with his fiancée's fingers.
She is still lying tiredly on the bed after a long hour push and there's a full drip connected to her the vein at the back of her left hand to yield more strength.
"Don't be ridiculous, sweetie. He came to fix a schedule break for me." She chuckled.
"Hey! First, it's a big cheat. You can't lucky patch things so easily. Come on." He glare at her brothers, "Seb, Ry, just tell me if I'm not right."
"Continuation from where you stopped Calvin." Sebastian cleared his throat. "Secondly, my sister needs a full-time rest."
"Thirdly, the new guy here, little Calvin. Deserves so many babysitting times from his father." Ryan added.
Calvin's father Jasper chime in, "Such as help with the diapers and early preparation of meals for both mother and son."
Oh great, now everyone is on his fiancée's side. What the hell? Damn this people are not even sparing one mercy on him.
"Come on dad, spare me some mercies." He made sad puppy's eyes at his mother.
But she only gave him a nod and flick his head, "Oh save it. You didn't even spare this beautiful angel some mercies when you were busy pounding something inside of her, am I right?"
The others burst into laughter. And Nelly nodded in agreement.
