Chapter 223: Hot at night
"Good!" She faked a weird smile, "Congratulations to you but pardon me, I need to start mine now." She moved forward to take her leave but ended up gasping and moving backward as something erect poke in her.
"What is it? Talk to me." He scoop her chin and caress her lips with his. "Are you trying to play spacious with me?"
"Seb... Sebastian...." She mumbled slowly with eyes closed as his warm breath spread over her face. "Am....am...am tired..."
Tired? He withdraw instantly and scrunched his brows at her. "Okay, why are you suddenly tired? We haven't done anything ye–"
"Yes we already did!" She snapped at him tiredly before pushing him away. How could he possibly say that they haven't done anything when last night was a death or ride?
"My..." She clutch on her hair and took a deep breath, "All I ask for is a little time, is that too much to ask?"
"What do you need time for?" He is curious to know as he grinned.
"Sebastian I don't know, okay? My head is a big mess right now, I have issues to solve and take care off. I don't want to be a burden to you and your family for now." She hesitantly remarked.
"But my love, no one said you're a burden to this family." He chuckled.
"Yes I am! And for that reason, you have to stay away from me for some time, okay? Just for a little while so I can clear out my head." She made her way towards the door and stopped to look back at him as she held the glass doorknob, "It's just too much for me but I can handle it myself. Though my parents had already cut all ties with me.
"They did what?" He startled.
"You can see how big my problem is. Please, spare me some time at least." She stated and left.
He sigh in dejection as he ran his hands through his face. His heart ached as if he had lost everything in his life. He reached for the faucet and turned it off before grabbing his towel and wrapped it up around his waist.
Even with his little issues in his life, he thought his was the biggest but hers is more complicated than his family issues. There's a big war between his family and hers and only him can put a stop to this commotion. He took a deep breath and made his way out.

Inside the bedroom
When he got into their bedroom, he saw her busily soaked up in her laptop. She was typing fast and reading something like she has a serious business to take care off. She spare a glance at him one and chuck her eyes off as she continued typing further.
He didn't say anything and quietly took his night robe and put it on. She wasn't even wearing the one he had selected for her. She was wearing thick pajamas. Didn't she said she's always hot at night?
Well, maybe today is just different from the others. He crawled on the bed and took the empty side of the sheets to cover himself up. The moment she withdrew the sheets purposely and left a little for him to cover, made him puff his cheeks. Maybe her mood swings has started occuring again. He won't say a word before she breaks his head.
Calmly and quietly, he crossed his elbows over his head as he lay down his head on his elbows which were on top the pillow. He watched her carefully from the sight of her perfect body to her toes.
As if her instincts told her something related to his eyes on her, she grab her laptop, phones and files she was using before getting off the bed.
His brows furrowed as he sat up to see where she was going to sit. But she head towards the door. Immediately she reach for the doorknob, he asked, "Where are you going?"
"To the living room on the distinction floor?"
"What are you going to do there? Am I bugging you here? Okay fine, you stay here, I'll leave instead." He don't mind leaving the room or even the mansion for her alone. She needs time, right?
"No. I will go, you stay."
"Jin–"
"Seb, please." She frowned. "I don't want to go into a fight with you now just like the one we had this morning. The headache is too much, ugh." She opened the door and left immediately.
"Okay, I understand but I hope that by tomorrow your head will calm down." He sigh and lay down as he covered himself with the sheet after turning off the lights.
