In the gymnasium
What in the whole universe was he thinking when he came up with this plan for school. Is that his form of pay back or he just want to see how we'll react or test us. Aarrgg what a pain. what else do i have to do...
"Skye... Skye? Hey, pay attention you day dreamer! Sleeping eyes open is to be used for emergencies." Scolded Evangeline.
"My bad my bad you don't have to be mad and pinch me I've got sensitive skin."
"Stop this stupid bickering at once!" Whisper yelled Daniel. "Go to line up in the back of the stage. The shadow area in rank order. With Skye the 1st to my left. Moreover stay in the shadows until i give the signal. Understood."
"Yes, sir! Lets go there before he has a heart attack, shall we?" said skyrielle.
Once the gymnasium was full with all the student. Father started his speech. The usual pep talk and rules and regulations. Then the signal came. Taking a deep breath to calm our nerves; we slowly advance to the centre of the stage and greeted the audience with a formal bow.
"Thus year something quite astonishing happened the scores of 13 students varied by '0,5'... Making them monopolise the top ranks of the result charts"
Murmurs of shock started to fill the gymnasium.
"This is why they shall join the advance elite class and shall later on once they familiarise themselves with the school form a new student committee... Presenting you the disciplinary and school regulations committee. I shall now introduce them."
Damian waited for all the murmurs to stop; only then did he proceed.
"Sky Devreaux, the President
Evan Draven, the 1st vice president
Alex Jansen, the 2nd vice president
Fort Eliade, the treasurer
Will Barstow, the 1st assistant treasurer
Sam Wesleï, the 2nd assistant treasurer
Magno Eldridge, the Secretary
Scarl Fitzpatrick, the 1st assistant Secretary
Ron Ivanovic, the 2nd assistant Secretary
Chrys Wentworth, the Chief prefect
Lac Smith, the prefect of the Pre-Primary school section
Mirae Delaney, the prefect of the elementary school section
Rave Malinov, the prefect of the middle school section."
We each bowed one after the other as a form of greetings. Once this was done father motion me to talk to the other students. Oh well he better not complain after.
We all regrouped into a circle...
"But i think we are kind of making a scene." Murmured magnolina as she pulled on my sleeve.
"I don't care right now... What was he thinking? Making a committee just for us?! This sounds ridiculous! And having us enrolled as male students. " I whispered yelled the others nodded at my words
"It's true..." They all said in chorus.
"Common wallflowers lets give them something worth drooling for with cuteness overload."
"Yeah!!!"
Slowly turning to face the student we all plastered our best smiles.
"Hello everyone as mentioned we are the members of the students disciplinary and school regulations committee. Let's all work hard together! "
After some moments of silence the students gradually cheered at us with loads of yeahs, boohoo and whoa.
"Where is my rose coloured school life i feel so cheated by those old farts." Though skyrielle as she kept a smile plastered on her face.
