We haven't said a word during the whole walk. He was quite intimidating plus he was huge. It should be illegal to be that tall when i'm this short!!
"This is your home?"
"Y-yes it i-is" good job will shuttering like that Willow. As we neared the door a maid opened it for us.
"Welcome back Mr. Will! we are almost done. Why don't you refresh yourself while I show Mr.?"
"Amaruq Marquez..."
"Mr. Marquez... to your room. He's here to help you right?
"Yes, Marie that would be great."
We left wolf in my room while a servant brought him few refreshments. Then Maria talked again.
"What's wrong?"
"H-he's huge and I'm scared of him... His name on top of that is Amaruq in case you did not know it means gray wolf!!!! I really can't look at his face or eyes."
Maria finished combing my hair and we got out of the small bathroom. Only to find Amaruq standing right there on the opposite side of the corridor with a huge bag in his hand.
"He heard me!" I whisper yelled at Maria.
She just patted my head bowed and left me at that gray wolf's mercy. He placed the bag on the ground and came closer and closer to me. Once in front of me he kneeled in front of me. Before looking in my eyes.
"Hello I'm Amaruq, I'm 180 tall hardly a wolf! If from time to time I do this, you will be able to look me in the eyes. Do I look scary from this height?"
"No you don't look that scary after all." I looked at him for the 1st time since we met I felt that he wasn't that scary.
"Good we have to leave if you don't want to be late for dinner."
"wait dinner?"
He took my hand in one hand and with the other the bag. We left the house with Maria seeing us off.
