Chapter 12: Chapter 12

After Lara tied up Natasha and bandaged the wound on her forehead, she tried feeding her a piece of venison back in the cave. Natasha refused, glaring at her captor before exploding in frustration. "Can you stop humiliating me, сука?!"

Still holding the piece of meat, Lara smirked. "I don't know. I think I might have a kink for it." She shrugged casually but eventually set the venison aside. Her expression turned more serious. "Alright, let's talk about something important. What are your Black Widow missions here?"

Natasha's icy glare didn't soften as she replied, "What we do normally—espionage and assassination."

"Oh? And the targets? Hydra and Trinity?" Lara asked, leaning closer.

"Just Hydra," Natasha admitted.

"Why only Hydra?" Lara pressed.

"This operation isn't just about the Divine Source for Hydra. They want influence here. The KGB and Leviathan won't allow that," Natasha explained.

"Ah, Leviathan," Lara muttered, recalling the organization's shadowy reputation. Born from the Communist Bloc, Leviathan was a counterpart to Hydra, an Eastern equivalent birthed out of the same ideological chaos. She remembered that Leviathan had frozen tens of thousands of agents in cryogenic suspension, awaiting activation when needed. Leviathan had its own mysterious goals, often intertwined with those of Hydra, S.H.I.E.L.D., and others, including bizarre collaborative games between power players like Baron Strucker, Nick Fury, and others.

"So, they want a foothold in Siberia," Lara mused aloud. "But too many snakes in the same pit, and eventually, they'll eat each other."

Lara's eyes narrowed as she asked, "Why are you telling me all this?"

Natasha's expression shifted, a flicker of vulnerability crossing her face. Her voice was quieter, as if admitting the truth was physically painful. "I need your help. The Soviet Union is collapsing, and I don't want to be here when it does. Leviathan is going to start mass cryo-freezing so I don't to risk being a subject to it."

Lara tilted her head thoughtfully. "Or is it guilt from all the killing and assassinating that's eating you up?"

Natasha remained silent, her lips pressed tightly together, refusing to answer.

Taking advantage of the moment, Lara moved closer, straddling Natasha's lap. She gently brought Natasha's face up, forcing her to meet her gaze. "You know," Lara began, her tone softer but cutting, "leaving the Soviet Bloc won't mean you escape this life. It won't let you go—and let's be honest, you won't let it go either. Deep down, you're a killer."

Leaning in, Lara brought her mouth close to Natasha's ear, her voice dropping to a seductive whisper. "How about working for me? I need someone to help manage my future secret organization." Her hands began to trail up Natasha's body, lingering just long enough to make her point.

Natasha, caught off guard by the sudden shift in tone and Lara's touch, couldn't help but think, 'Did this girl take seductress lessons?'

Meanwhile, Lara's own thoughts drifted smugly. 'Those lessons were really good. Let's hope Winston never finds out about them.'

Natasha, her tone guarded, said, "I can consider it. What's the name of this organization of yours?"

Lara leaned in, her hand lightly caressing Natasha's neck. "You can't just consider it. If you want my help, you need to agree. Do you want to grovel at Hydra's or S.H.I.E.L.D.'s feet, doing their dirty work just to crawl your way through the ranks, always feeling like an outsider at their mercy? Or would you rather be the one in charge—above ten thousand and just under one person? That being me."

Natasha hesitated for only a moment before nodding slightly. "You're not wrong," she admitted. Then, without warning, she spat right in Lara's face.

For a second, Lara looked shocked. But she quickly recovered, wiping her cheek and smirking. "If you wanted to share your saliva, you could've just said so." Without missing a beat, she leaned in and kissed Natasha, who, after a moment's hesitation, reciprocated with equal intensity.

The kiss was heated and relentless, both women refusing to give an inch of dominance. Finally, Lara pulled back slightly to let Natasha catch her breath, though her smug grin remained intact. While both had impressive stamina, Lara's capacity was just higher. "By the way, the name for the organization is Tactical Operations for Monitoring and Battle, or for short… T.O.M.B."

Natasha groaned, rolling her eyes. "Shut up and let's fuck," she snapped, her voice a mix of frustration and desire.

Some time later, Lara was sitting against the stone wall of the cave, Natasha nestled beside her, lazily smoking a cigarette. Lara's thoughts wandered as she stared into the fire. 'I never thought my first time would happen in a cave, in fucking Siberia, and as a hate fuck.'

Meanwhile, Natasha stole a glance at Lara, a sly smirk on her lips. 'Under one person and over ten thousand?' she thought mockingly. 'You'll be under me. You might've taken some seduction classes, but they don't compare to the real deal.'

"So, what's your plan for this T.O.M.B.?" Natasha asked, her tone casual but her eyes sharp as they studied Lara.

Lara leaned back against the cave wall, a confident smirk on her lips. "Some preparations are already done. Next, I need nutrients to help it grow—and that means Trinity. I plan to kill all the high-ranking members, absorb their assets, and recruit their personnel who aren't fanatics. As for the fanatics…" she paused, her expression hardening, "…they'll be eliminated. After that, I'll grow it alongside Croft Holdings, turning it into something powerful."

Natasha nodded thoughtfully, filing the information away. 'If this T.O.M.B. doesn't have future potential, I can always bail. It's not like I can't keep S.H.I.E.L.D. as a backup plan,' she thought, carefully concealing her internal calculations.

"I'll play along for now," Natasha said, her lips curling into a small smile. "But if you're as ambitious as you sound, I hope you can keep up, darling."

"Don't worry about me," Lara replied full of confidence.

Stooone.

Also I really like writing this like-hate relationship between Natasha and Lara, maybe it will turn into love-hate and then into just love or hate.

And does one of you know when the power stone get reset?
