Chapter 2: The Trespass.

I should not be able to sniff them around because my island was distant from even the werewolf boarding quarters, the board of directors made it that way. But the fact that I could smell them from all the way here meant just one thing.

They had trespassed.

I felt the growl rumbling from deep within me and the madness, before my animal forced its way out of me, breaking my bones in the most aggressive way. Like a mad dog.

You see, there are reasons why I am secluded from the rest of the others and best described as a lone wolf.

Unlike the others, they were in control of their wolf. But me, my animal controls me.

I don't know how to control him whenever he gets mad. And the moment he takes over, I am not in control of anything at all. I can't even object to his words.

Let's just say I am the housekeeper and he is the owner of the house. He doesn't listen to me, I take orders from him.

Instinctively, I disappeared into the woods, my senses kicking in instantly as my nose scrunched up in disgust. They were close!

I could hear their giggling, I could hear smooching sounds, their little whispers and hushed breaths. They were two. A boy and a girl. I could hear her say "don't touch me there".

I could also hear him say "c'mon, take it off".

They were fucking making out in my territory.

How disgusting can they get?

Okay, my kind fuck in the forest and mate under the full moon which I for one consider offensive, disgusting, highly disturbing, and meaningless... But vampires?

Are they trying to imitate something or is this some sort of new trend?

There is no way in hell I am going to let this slide. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't. My animal was already ready to attack. How can I possibly stop him now?

Nothing can stop him. And one thing was for sure; there was no stopping me because they came to me first.

The ball rolled into my freaking court and I am a fucking predator with eyes bloodshot for preys.

I will gladly rip their heads out of their bodies with all pleasure.

My animal was locked on target. He could see them but they couldn't see him just yet.

They were too busy devouring each other to even notice, making my animal even more excited. He moved further amongst the tall trees, stalling for the right moment.

I see them making out intensely before the girl abruptly paused.

She parted their lips and turned her face away from him, looking around.

I hear him ask her "what's wrong? and she looked out into the woods where I was hiding. She's probably sensed me.

"I smell wolf ". She mumbled and he paused.

"What? I'm a goddamned vampire, how can I smell like those mutts?"

"No, no, shh, not you... Like I smell a wolf nearby". She whispered this time, trying to sound quiet but I could hear her from miles away.

"Well, this is werewolf territory, so...". He said.

"What?"

"But not to worry, we passed the boarding house long ago, there's nothing here but bushes and trees for the next hundred miles, no one comes here". He explained tactlessly, trying to brush it off so he could continue but she seemed uneasy.

"No, no, w-we... Jason we can't be here". She trembled looking terrified now.

Oh, so his name is Jason? I watched closely.

"Huh? Why?" He asked.

"W-we need to leave right now". She tried to pull away from him but he held her back.

"We're not leaving until you tell me why". He added stubbornly, tightening his grip, making her even more terrified. "Why are you like this? Huh? Don't you wanna spend some time with me? Do you not like me anymore?

"No-no J-jason... Y-you don't understand... There's something, s-someone here... I-I've heard s-stories... P-please let's just go". She tried to break free but he was too strong. "Let go..." She ordered.

"Don't try to fool me, Ivy, I've seen the way you look at that good for nothing imbecile, Toby".

He was talking to her but all her thoughts were directed into the woods and the trees that parted gently. She could sense my animal drawing nearer and her eyes expressed only fright. Her hands that once pulled slowly became even more desperate as she struggled with Jason.

"You have eyes for him, don't you? Do you like him?" He asked aggressively, pulling her to draw her attention back to himself.

"I-I don't... I don't like him so for once please j-just listen to me, something is coming! She cried and he shook his head consistently.

At this point, my animal was just a distance away. They were just in front of him, and the wind had already carried their stench far up his nostrils... He had the look of a daredevil right now. He was watching them. He was ready to kill.

"I don't believe you". Jason said.

"L-look, we don't have time... W-we don't...

I see her pause in her words trembling helplessly and staring at my direction. She has seen me.

Our eyes are locked on each other now. She could see him now; she could see my animal now.

Her breath was clogged as she froze causing Jason, the boy to turn his neck to the direction where her soulless eyes stayed, causing him to freeze as well when his eyes came on me.

They didn't move. They couldn't .

They just remained in that position as though they were stuck on the floor with wide eyes of terror.

My animal must've scared the shit outta them. Especially the girl since she must've heard stories about me.

I mean, why wouldn't she be? I am a giant wolf. The first of its kind.

If you are to compare, I am the size of a duplex.
