Chapter 15: Chapter 15 : Hisoka X Test X Fight (1)
"Well?"
"Care to participate, in my little game of examiner?"
He seems to be asking, but they know they have no choice.
He then starts walking toward them slowly, with every step he took, Kurapika and Leorio become more nervous.
Shinji looked at Hisoka calmly, although the aura of Hisoka is very scary, Since knowing he can't die Shinji become very confident.
But what worries him the most is Kurapika and Leorio, unlike him, they aren't immortals, if Hisoka killed them then they will die for sure.

His friends are his bottom line, if somebody dares to touch them he won't spare him.
Kurapika's brain turned fast searching for a possible solution.
His eyes lit up, he whispered to them: "Leorio, Shinji, on my signals we run in opposite directions?"
Leorio who was determined to fight was surprised, obviously, his limited brain cells can't tell the difference and the gap between him and Hisoka.
Kurapika understood Leorio's stupidity so he explained to him: " he is vastly more experienced in real combat, the three of us won't stand a chance against him. We can't afford to squander time in a pointless fight."
"Kurapika is right Leorio, listen to him!" Shinji doesn't intend to run but he said so to let both of them go first and earn them some time.
Leorio was silent, he looked at the corps on the ground, as someone who aspires to be a doctor, seeing people die casually like this made him angry.
Hisoka kept walking toward them slowly as if to give them time to decide whether to run or to fight, this is his test for them, based on their decision he will see if they are worthy to live or not!
A playing card suddenly appeared in his right hand.
Leorio bit his lips from frustration.
Suddenly Hisoka stopped a few meters from them.
"Now!" Kurapika seized this chance and Run to the right while Leorio Run to the Left.
Shinji remained in his place.
"*chuckle* wise decision." He looked at Shinji and said: "the two of them chose to run while you remained to buy time for them, what a beautiful friendship!"
Hisoka licked his lips and looked at Shinji with curiosity, this isn't his first time seeing a magical beast, but he has never seen someone like Shinji who looks like Humans.
"Huh?" X2 both Leorio and Kurapika Turned their heads and Saw Shinji didn't run and were shocked.
"Idiot! Shinji, run away!" Kurapika Stopped Far away while Leorio picked a wooden stick from the ground and wanted to rush to help Shinji.
"Kurapika! Leorio! I will hold him for a while so just run as far as you can! Trust me, I won't die!"
"Bastard Shinji who do you think yourself to decide on our behalf whether to run or not! For a long time, I wanted to teach this murderer a lesson to not take the life of people easily!"
Leorio walked back and stood next to Shinji, he looked at Hisoka disgustingly.
"Mmm, the look on your face is beautiful." Hisoka wasn't angered by Leorio's eyes, he even loved them. Sure enough, such a twisted taste only a pervert Person like Hisoka can have.
Shinji turned his Head to Leorio and roared: " Leorio what the hell are you doing! Why you can't listen to me just this time? Do you want to die this much?"
Leorio wasn't affected by Shinji's anger toward him, he replied with a calm tone: "Shinji, would you leave me alone if I was in danger?"
"Of course…" Shinji who was about to reply suddenly stopped, he understood the meaning of Leorio's words clearly, if it was him, he won't leave Leorio to face Danger alone, because Leorio is his best friend, what kind of friend he will be if he runs away and let his buddy face the danger alone?

Leorio didn't have the chance to ask as Shinji appeared behind him like a ghost and gave him a hard strike on his back neck rendering him instantly unconscious.
Shinji turned his head to Kurapika who was walking toward them.
He held up the fainted Leorio and Said: "Kurapika take Leorio and run as far as you can, you are smart, you know what you should do."
Kurapika didn't respond to him, he looked into his eyes and asked: "Shinji, are you sure you can do it?"
Shinji made a confident smile: "I'm one trillion percent sure at least I won't die at the hand of Hisoka! I will hold him for a while and you seize this chance to run, I will follow you later."
"Shinji, please don't die! I don't want to hear Leorio's blame!"
Kurapika looked at Shinji's eyes, he felt the confidence in Shinji's words, and out of trust, he finally choose to agree. Moreover, he thinks Shinji's strength is more than enough to let him escape from Hisoka in the worst case.
For all these reasons, Kurapika put Leorio on his Shoulder and Run quickly away.
"*sigh*"
Shinji breathed a sigh of relief when he saw them leaving.
During all this time, Hisoka kept looking at them with a smile.
He pretend to wipe his nonexistent tear: "your friendship really moved me! Tell me little kitten…how about I kill you and spare your friends?"
His eyes suddenly become sharp, his killing intent spread like waves crashing in all directions, frightening all creatures within their vicinity.
'He must be using Ren!' Feeling Hisoka's terrifying bloodlust, Shinji immediately thought of one of the four major principles of Nen: Ren!
By infusing his hostility and killing intent in his aura, a nen user can easily paralyze ordinary people or even kill them with this simple move.
*Roar*
"as if you can!"
Shinji let out a loud roar, his fighting spirit burned, he had already taken the fighting stance that he always used in his past life.
Feet shoulder width apart to allow for easy movement and a solid base to attack and defend from.
The Elbows are tucked in to allow straighter punches and protect from strikes.
The Hands are up and the chin is tucked.
The more powerful hand which is the right one and the Leg are in the back.
This is the well-known Muay Thai Stance.
Shinji knows many fighting styles, but he believes this one is the most suitable to use with his Leopard transformation.
Taking advantage of his speed and powerful leg and sharp claw, this stance will give a full display of his power!
He looked at Shinji's eyes which are full of fighting spirit and resolve to die with him.
*chuckle*
"Beautiful eyes…Don't look at me like this…I can't stand it anymore…" His expression starts distorting, he smiled just like a pervert seeing a woman getting undressed.
"Bastard! I will dig your eyes!" Shinji's veins almost burst open from anger, he can't stand those lustful eyes from Hisoka as a straight steel man!
He took small steps closing the distance between him and Hisoka, just when he reached the distance he thought it is suitable, he bent down accumulating energy, then launched a knee kick aiming at Hisoka's face.
All of this happened fast, from the perspective of ordinary people, Shinji just walked a little closer to Hisoka then he appeared instantly in front of his face.
"Ooh! a surprise kick..but you are so slow!" with his abnormal reflex, Hisoka easily dodged Shinji's attack by tilting his head to the left.
"There is more!" With a scream, Shinji made a side kick in the air using his left leg.
If it was an ordinary person, he won't have the chance to dodge at all, but Hisoka after all is Hisoka!
With an acrobatic back handspring, he avoided Shinji's sidekick and made a distance from him. after all, Hisoka isn't a clown for nothing.
Shinji didn't give up, he started another round of attacks.
He rushed toward Hisoka quickly closing the distance, then he started another barrage of attacks using his claws and powerful legs.
Unfortunately, he wasn't able to even touch Hisoka's clothes.

Hisoka clapped to Shinji.

Then, Hisoka's eyes become cold, he said: " but… do you think you can give your friend enough time to run from me with this level?
Shinji looked at him and grinned: " the fight hadn't even begun, so don't try to judge my level, pervert clown!"
Hisoka didn't care about Shinji's 'insult', but focused on his previous words.
He smiled excitedly and said: "is it? Then Show me what you got little kitten!"
Then his face becomes creepy, he squinted his eyes and smiled evilly.
"to give you some motivation, what about this? If you managed to land a hit on me, I would consider you passed my test and spare your friends.
"But if you failed my test, I will kill you and all of your friends!" He started chuckling after he said that.
The smile on Shinji's face immediately disappeared after hearing Hisoka's threat.
"Hisoka, trust me if you dare to touch my friends, I will let you experience a fate worse than death!" Shinji's eyes were burning with a raging flame, every word he spoke contained extreme confidence as if what he said will definitely occur if Hisoka dares to harm his friends.
Hisoka can't tell where Shinji came up with the confidence to say these words.
Shinji clearly knows, just give him enough time, not to mention Hisoka, even Netero the strongest Nen user in the 'world'. In the future, he is sure he will be able to beat them easily with one punch! With the inheritance boundary backing him up with the abilities and inheritances of the myriad realm's powerhouses, if he can't achieve this level then he should go wash and sleep.
Hisoka becomes even more excited, he said: "little kitten, I can't wait! to make this challenge more exciting what about adding a time limit? if you can't hit me within 3 minutes you lose!"

Hisoka looked at the full-form Leopard transformation of Shinji and become even more excited, he find this experience new to him which made him want to…eat Shinji right now!
'Ahh, I can't…I must wait…such a green apple must be watered carefully, I'm sure it will become a delicious one!'
Hisoka gave up on the idea of 'eating' Shinji right now in order to enjoy him more later.
This is Hisoka, a very patient farmer. he is willing to let his enemies grow stronger to bring him more thrill after he destroys them.
Shinji kept increasing his speed as he circled around Hisoka, when he came behind Hisoka's back, he pounced on him aiming to bite his neck.
But Hisoka as if he had eyes on his back, he avoided Shinji's attack with minimal effort.
'Chance!'
Shinji grinned in his heart, he instantly switched back to the hybrid form in the mid-air and waved his sharp claw toward the face of Hisoka.
'I will rip apart your perverted face!'
"Huh?" this sudden change surprised Hisoka, with his years of fighting experience, he indistinctly leaned back almost his back touching the ground avoiding Shinji's claws at almost point-blank range.
'Damn!' Shinji didn't give up, he lifted his right leg high like an Axe and dropped it on Hisoka.
*bang*
The powerful Axe kick landed on the ground leaving a small crater. Hisoka's flexibility is beyond ordinary, the moment Shinji raised his leg he rolled to the side to avoid it.
*gasp**gasp**gasp*
Shinji stood in his place panting, these high-intensity fast-paced attacks consumed a lot of his physical energy.
Hisoka stood a few steps in front of him, with his hand on his hip, he adjusted his hair with the other one, he said: " that was a wonderful performance, I really enjoyed my time with you. But…"
"Only one minute remained, at this rate you are going to lose the bet."
"So what are you going to do, my little kitten!"
"Your fate...your friend's life and death…all will be decided in this one minute!" Hisoka starts laughing hysterically.
"Nah, little kitten. I wonder if you could create a miracle?"
Shinji looked at Hisoka coldly, his mind turned quickly searching for a solution.
'It seems I can only rely on that thing.'
He never thought of using that thing now, he intended to use it in the last phases, but it seems he had no choice.
He adjusted his breath, then with small steps he started approaching Hisoka.
The later just like before, just stayed in his place waiting for Shinji's attack.
One step…two steps…three steps, then he stopped.
Now he is only one step from Hisoka.
Even at this close range, Hisoka remained defenseless, showcasing how much he is confident in his reflex speed.
Shinji didn't attack immediately, he is waiting for the right chance.
"Only 30 seconds remained." Hisoka looked at Shinji with a faint smile on his face, he is enjoying this 'fight' with Shinji.
Shinji didn't respond, he stood there motionless like a tiger waiting for the opportunity to pounce on his prey.
"20 seconds."
Shinji closed his eyes, he made a simulation in the mind of his plan and imagined all the possible scenarios, and tried to find counterattacks to them.
"Ten…nine…ei-" before Hisoka could complete his words, Shinji suddenly opened his eyes and Roared.
"Paralyzed scream!"
*Roar*
The hair of Hisoka began to sway from the powerful sound waves.
'Huh!' Hisoka's nervous system ceased to function, and his body froze in its place.
This sudden change caught Hisoka off guard.
Shinji didn't miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance, with all his strength he shot a straight punch toward Hisoka's face.
he put every bit of force he had on this fist.
"DIE!!!!" All the resentment and anger he held toward Hisoka were condensed in this fist.
