How to Arm Entire Armies While Being A Professor

Imagine a new Professor just came into the most prestigious high school in the west. North Rayleigh Academy. When the professor's side-job is a world-renowned arms dealer for private armies. What challenges will they face? Will conflict of interest be the reason? External forces taking control over everything? Or will it be war bigger than what students face.

Will the lessons of chemistry be helpful to the students? Is there something bigger running the entire school or is there an industry developing from the school itself?
