Synopsis

In a time where vampires seek to subdue humans and freely prey on them, there rose an association of exceptional vampire hunters; powerful enough to drive the vampires back into the shadows.

But for how long will they remain in the shadows?

Sapphire Ackerman is the only living member of the Ackerman Clan left. The first clan of vampire hunters with an inherent power that can rival a vampire, without weapons.

Losing everyone plunged her into the world that had been kept hidden from naive humans; the world of vampires and vampire hunters.

“I honestly hate the rain” Sapphire muttered to herself as she struggled to open her umbrella. Accomlishing that, she held her car keys in her hand and started walking towards her car in the company’s driveway.

She approached her car and was about to open it when she saw a figure approaching her in the rain.

“I thought I told everyone to go home and I’ll handle everything” she muttered to herself.

“Why’re you walking under the rain? Don’t you have an umbrella?” she yelled out to the figure that continued approaching her. But, the closer it got, she realized it was limping.

Alarm bells sounded in her ears when she saw the blood trickling down the figure’s arms.

“Huh?” she gasped.
