Chapter 168: I'm Sorry

After eating dinner with the ladies, Brent returned to her mansion just in time for dinner.

Aurora was already downstairs, sitting on the sofa, waiting for Brent to arrive. She passed her idle time by reading newspapers and magazines that were piled neatly on the center table.

A minute later, she glanced at the clock; it was already 7:00!

Her brows knitted in wonderment, where is Brent? He told her that he will return for dinner.

Suddenly, Brent materialized in the middle of the living room. "Sorry, I'm a bit late!" he apologized and went to her side, planting a gentle kiss on her head.

Aurora smiled sweetly. "You're just in time, sweetie. Baby and I are already hungry. Let's proceed to the dining room and have dinner," she said, caressing her tummy.

"Okay," Brent said, assisting her on her feet.

The couple walked towards the dining room and settled on the chair beside each other, facing the delicious dishes in front of them.
