Chapter 99: Planning

"So what do you think about buying a new house?" asked Emilio as he drove me home after work, and I looked at him with wide eyes, and he said, "since our family is expanding you know?"

"Well umm I guess that that would be the most logical step, but can we wait a few months to do that seeing as how Maria, is still working on designs for the nursery?"

"She is? I didn't know that she did those stuff." he said, and I nodded proudly smiling.

"Yeah she does, and she's great at it too. She offered to make a portfolio with baby names for us to choose from, along with the designs and sketches for the baby's room."

"So what are you thinking? A big house on the outskirts of the city? Away from all the hustle and bustle?" he asked, and I shrugged not really picturing us living like that.

"No. I was thinking more of a modern home with just the right amount of space you know? I don't want our child to grow up in a big house that just doesn't feel homey you know?"
