Chapter 158: Ball Game

Waking up the next morning and rolling over to Emilio's side of the bed to cuddle, I was met with the cold empty spot and then I remembered the events of last night.

Oh.

Getting out of bed nonetheless, and doing my morning routine, I then walked to Mateo's room to wake him up ony to find that he was not there.

Panicking as I checked every room in the house, leaving the kitchen for last, I stopped when I saw a bouquet of flowers on the kitchen island with a note saying that he was sorry please to forgive him, and he had taken the day off to go to the park with Mateo, and I smiled seeing that he also left his card for me to go shopping, but I didn't need anything at the moment, but a spa day did sound good, plus I need to go into town to pick up my cars anyways.

Getting my self to take public transportation, I was off and in town, wondering how I was going to take home two cars.

It had completely slipped my mind.
