Chapter 168: Bright Halo

Being dragged within a foul-smelling green fist wasn't exactly a pleasant ride. Agatha's hair flapped as the wind wheezed through it. She looked at Hydra Five while yelling to drown out the rustling of his wings. "Can you tell me where you're taking me?"

The nearest head turned to her, and a crimson tongue protruded from the burned lips. Hydra Five drooled, and saliva drops flew with the breeze. "I'm delivering you to the last remaining human farm, which is only a short flight away from Phoenix's nest. Having all the surviving members of your species in one place allows us to monitor them all."

"Or so you can carry them faster into your pot and cook them, right?" Agatha frowned, even though it meant the same thing to the creature as an ant sneering at a person.
