A mortal soul died and met R.O.B.. The R.O.B. offer the mortal the offer, which the mortal accepts. The R.O.B. granted the soul 5 wishes and choice of a world to be Isekaid.

Paul, a One Piece fanboy, from watching the anime, reading manga and light novels and He wished to be in One Piece have their powers but R.O.B. denied it.

Tired of hearing the same wishes of One Piece powers, R.O.B. commanded mortal to wish from another anime powers.
Mortal then wished to have all Full Metal Alchemists have to offer: Alchemy, Abilities, Powers, Knowledge, Martial Arts, and many more.
From FMA, FMAB, from their movies, game, etc.

He wished to have a strong and limitless body to grow strong. Also use Pride's abilities(on of FMA abilities) of absorbing it without their shortcomings nor weaknesses. His last wish is to be the R.O.B. main character only until he finds the One Piece only.

R.O.B. granted all of the wishes but not without adding something in the One Piece storyline. MC is in the world of fun, chaos and surprises because the are many things R.O.B. added.
