Chaos had already gone through it all, from never receiving his father's love, to living a life of isolation. At least he had his brother to keep him sane, but this child... He had no one inside the Abyss. He couldn't abandon the kid. 

"But can he even survive outside? His life essence is running out. It's as if he isn't supposed to be outside the Abyss..." Janus stated. 

"If he isn't suitable to live outside, then I'll make him suitable! If his parents abandoned him, then I'll accept him! If his life essence is running out, I'll give him mine!"
