Chapter 350: Worries And Anxiety.

Nicklaus who hasn't yet recovered from the phone call almost had a mental breakdown when he wasn't able to find Arissa in her room. 

He placed the tray in her room comfort space and went into his room but she wasn't there either. He returned to her room and checked the bathroom and her closet but still did not find her. 

His emotions finally got the best of him and he panicked. Hastily reaching out for his phone, he dialed her number and it rang out in the room. He looked around and found the phone lying on the bed. 

His mind slowly returned to normal and he began to think straight again. At first, he was scared because, for reasons best known to him, he feared she might have heard their conversation, and maybe... and maybe... fuck, he can't tell what runs through his mind anymore. 

All he knew was that when he wasn't able to find her around, he lost it. He even imagined the worst due to panic.
