Ilkar ignored Urag's taunt, his expression unwavering as he stepped closer, closing the distance between them. 

The tension between them was thick, a volatile mixture of mistrust and barely restrained hostility.

 Once Ilkar was standing directly in front of Urag, he spoke with quiet determination. 

"I know she's inside the cottage," Ilkar said, his voice calm but laced with a steely resolve. "You better step aside and let me take her."

Urag's glare darkened, his eyes narrowing as he held his ground. "You're not going to take her anywhere," he responded, his voice cold and unyielding.

Ilkar's gaze didn't falter. He studied Urag for a moment, then leaned in slightly, his words pointed. 

"You enjoyed playing with us, didn't you?" Ilkar's tone was accusatory, sharp. "You were never going to take her to the king. You wanted her to stay with you."

Urag's jaw tightened, the truth in Ilkar's words striking a nerve.
