Chapter 40: Chapter 54: Double date

Alex eventually healed and was allowed to leave the hospital but I convinced Aeson that it would be a lot safer for our children to go to a private school, even though we want them to understand that money isn't everything Alex's accident had scarred me for life. I'm not going to take any chances when it comes to my children's life, My daughter's Sophie, Lauren and Amy both seem to love their father and auntie Laura more than me. Alex and Lewis seem to love me more than their father but Aeson doesn't seem to mind because our little princesses seem to love him more but children need both of their parents love and support. Laura and Amelia caught up after not seeing each other for years. Gennio who is now the babysitter for my children with Laura's help, me and Laura always end up talking about men and how she actually has a crush on Gennio. Aeson talks to Gennio mostly about work and the underworld but sometimes he mentions his perfect family, Gennio always talks about how cute and beautiful my sister is so Aeson convinced Gennio to ask Laura on a double date. Laura agreed so we spent the night getting into our dresses and doing each other's hair and make-up, we walk downstairs to find Aeson and Gennio in suits waiting for us at the door. We left Alex in charge whilst we go out for the date and we went to a restaurant and ordered food, the conversation was a bit aquard between Gennio and Laura but after a drink they relaxed and talked more. Me and Aeson simply smiled before leaving them to enjoy the evening by themselves, Gennio knows how to fight so I can trust him to protect my sister.
