Chapter 63: The Day Arrives!

Thursday come.

10:00 in the morning.

It's just another ordinary day.

Inside the private room of the hospital, Helen was feeling agitated.

She believes that it's now time to go to the judge's office! But it all depends on the driver going to the bathroom to take a pee!

She had a few opportunities yesterday but she chickened out at the last minute fearing that her father would suddenly awaken when she was getting out of the door. She was overwhelmed with nervousness!

Dang!

She took a deep breath and calmed herself.

But today, she has to be brave! As in really BRAVE! Because tomorrow is Friday! And once they leave the hospital she will have no time to see Peter again.

She glanced at her father reading a newspaper in the hospital bed. He is no longer sleeping in the morning, unlike the previous days. But he continues to take his afternoon nap.

He would usually fall asleep for two to three hours in the afternoon.

She has to leave during that time!

It's now or never!
