Chapter 57: New Companion

A full day had passed since the battle with Tomas the Silent, and Dean, who had been unconscious for most of that time, finally stirred and opened his eyes. As he regained consciousness, he couldn't help but notice the unusual sense of comfort surrounding him. It felt different from the last thing he remembered before blacking out.

He glanced up at the sky and surveyed his surroundings, finding solace in the familiarity of the bandit hideout. With a smile on his face, Dean sat up, pushing the fluffy blanket aside. However, his relief was overshadowed by concern when he realized Luna was no longer by his side.

Worrying about her well-being, Dean began searching the camp, thinking she might have awakened before him. However, his search came to a halt when he spotted Luna sleeping on the luxurious bed within the room they had occupied.
