Jayde was up bright and early the next day, driven by her determination to make everything right between Ryuu and her. She was already feeling withdrawal symptoms from not talking to Ryuu at all yesterday, and she didn’t think she wanted to try going another full day of not talking with him. Jayde was really looking forward to class with him, hoping she’d get to hear his voice.

It made her feel a little ridiculous even as it made her excited.
