Chapter 22: Your Mate?

Hazel felt a bit relieved that she had countered his threat without being too rude. She looked at the man whose face was pointing towards the window again. She didn't understand what he could be thinking of but she knew that no matter what this man would plan to do, she would not let the secrets off.

She knew that if the werewolves successfully gain information on where the witches were, then it meant that the whole world was in trouble as that also meant that they would successfully gain control over every creature.

"You don't care who signed it?"

She immediately swept out of her reverie as his voice bounced into her head.

He had already put back his attention on her and now, he looked a bit rilled up. Hazel wondered why he was. He shouldn't be yet. When she wasn't even ready to make use of that technique.
