Chapter 187: How Close Were We?

"Your Highness," Rosella called again. Now she had stopped right beside the crown prince before she asked, "I want to know more about us before we actually get married."

Lucifel paused, shocked because he had not expected the question and right now, he had no idea how to reply.

He couldn't say now that he thought more about it. He was sexually attracted to her and was a little protective of her against others because she had agreed to be his pet.

Other than that, they were enemies. He had tried killing her many times, tried drowning her, even though he had saved her once from drowning. However, all the little good he had done could not possibly erase the bad things he had done to her and how she had suffered just because of him.

Rosella on the other hand remained silent for a while, waiting for the crown prince's response, however, when she noticed that he wasn't ready to say anything and was just staring at her blankly.
